Competition Team Practice:

The competition team will be having practice this Sunday (2/28) down at Real World Martial Arts in Denville.  It's a good chance to roll with different guys who have different games!  There will also be more people, so you can practice with guys who are in--or close to--your weight class! 

It will be good experience for those who have never competed before, and remember to check our Facebook and website for more information!

The following week, we will be holding practice at our school in Lafayette.  Make sure that you make it down to Denville, and those guys will return the favor by coming up by us to train!
