Open Saturday for POST Turkey Day workout.
This class will be starting at 11am sharp. Class will involve kickboxing and strength and conditioning to work off those extra pounds.

So on November 7th we had one of our own step into the professional mma circuit. It was a much anticipated rematch with Larry Byrnes from Mt.Kisco Tiger Schulmans. These two met for the amateur lightweight title earlier this year. Which ended in a controversial decision in Byrnes favor.

Just wanted to give a CONGRATS to Dan Clifford one of our blue belts here at NJMMAA. Dan has been training with us for a couple of years now. He competed in the 170-179.9lbs intermediate division this pass weekend and took home a silver. Dan has been competing for about a year now and his hard work has paid off. So CONGRATS from all of us @ NJMMAA.
Thanks for bringing home another medal to add to the shelf....
