Hey guys! Competition team practice will be tomorrow down at Real World MMA, in Denville. Try and make it down because the following week, they will be coming up to our school to train!
Make sure you bring a Gi and No-Gi attire becuase we will be training both tomorrow. Practice starts at 10am, so make sure you get there a little early!

Sorry for having canceled classes two days in a row, but we would rather be safe then sorry!
We are still supposed to get another foot, and the parking lot at the school is not cleared yet. I am sorry for the unconvince and hopefully the weather will agree with us tomorrow for some training! Remember, we will be having comp. team practice down at Denville this Sunday, see yesterdays news for more information.

Sorry guys (and ladies) but there will be no classes tonight (2/25) due to the weather. If you do have to drive, please drive safly, and remember, it's better to be safe and train another day then to risk it tonight!
Classes will start again tomorrow night with our regular schedule.
